Very disappointed all service my bus was cancelled without any anointing and i didn’t get my refund back i had to stay a one night in hotel and the next day flying back home to Zurich because other buses didn’t have a place and tickets was sold out! Very disappoint Anf all my plans for holidays was sucks

ネットで予約したら、チケットが北と書いてあるのしかわからず、チケット売場のおばちゃんに聞いて確認。だが、23:30のバスは来ず、1:00にバスターミナルも追い出された。

I had some prombles to check-in into my bus from Moscow to Kiev, because the personel from the bus station wasn't allowed to give me a needed seat reservation. So keep attention, please. The trip was okay: The bus hadn't a toilet, but everything else was well.

I booked bus tickets, instead we had an old minivan with no proper aircon in +30C heat. The driver was unprofessional and left me wondering if he even had a valid driver's license. We arrived to final destination so I guess that's was a relief.

Very nice service with a minibus. Fast, comfortable and convenient. Just a bit confusing that the stop is not marked at the Vilnius Airport. It does not leave from a shuttle bus station at the airport, but it leaves instead right from the parking lot where there is no marking. However, it's still easy to find - it's right in front of the exit from the airport arrival terminal. And the day before the trip, your receive an SMS confirmation with minibus vehicle registration plate details and driver phone number just in case. Absolutely recommended!
