Great service with awesome price!

It was a really pleasant ride with great wifi and service. However, finding the bus in Prague Bus Station was not easy, it was not displayed in the screen.

I appreciate the personel service - very kind, polite and with a sense of humor. Although the departure was delayed about 15 min we arrive at time. Comfortable seats. The only thing I can complain about was the toilet which was out of use.

Arrival time should have been should have been 10:30am ready for my connecting coach to London. It did not get from Kyiv to Katowice until 19:30, (Seven hours Late), My connecting coach had left, and I spent the night sat in the bus station waiting to see if I could get another coach. All my reservations for hotel and travel needed to be rebooked. This has to be the worst travel experience I have had, a complete waste of money and time.

The trip was horrible. I had reserved a seat but on trying to board i was told to just sit where I could. It was nearly a fight on the bus with other passengers on just trying to find a seat. When we got to the boarder crossing to Poland we all disembarked and when we had passed though the boarder and had to put the bags back on the bus the driver just said to put it on myself and was not happy or helpful. When I got to my stop to get my bag back out the driver was not happy again and was angry about getting my bag out. I understand that it was a long journey but I was a customer that basically was made felt that the driver was doing me a favour taking me. All in all a horrible experience
