Musil Tour

Thank you for getting your passengers to their travel destinations safe and sound, and on time! Couple of things though. First, what’s the point of reserving a seat? Mine was occupied by another passenger who 6refused to move and the driver didn’t do anything. I also wanted to note that it was too stuffy . It’s super important the bus has a proper ventilation and fresh air. Lastly my suitcase was very dirty when taken out of luggage compartment.

Great service with awesome price!

It was a really pleasant ride with great wifi and service. However, finding the bus in Prague Bus Station was not easy, it was not displayed in the screen.

I appreciate the personel service - very kind, polite and with a sense of humor. Although the departure was delayed about 15 min we arrive at time. Comfortable seats. The only thing I can complain about was the toilet which was out of use.

Arrival time should have been should have been 10:30am ready for my connecting coach to London. It did not get from Kyiv to Katowice until 19:30, (Seven hours Late), My connecting coach had left, and I spent the night sat in the bus station waiting to see if I could get another coach. All my reservations for hotel and travel needed to be rebooked. This has to be the worst travel experience I have had, a complete waste of money and time.
