    Great trip. Very seamless. Great driver.

    I was the only person in the minibus so I’m very thankful they didn’t cancel.

    We got to Ljubljana early and the driver took me straight to my hotel. A really good way of getting from Venice to Ljubljana.

    The van was overbooked. Most of the passengers were going all the way to Venice, but my wife and I were only going as far as Trieste. They pulled us off and put us in a taxi. By the time we got to Trieste, the taximeter was showing a charge of more than three times what we paid for the ticket. We got a nice ride, but I don't think the company made any money.

    Yesterday I waited for over forty minutes for the bus at the Ljubjana station, I needed to get to Venice to catch a flight. Seeing that the bus was late I phoned the agency, who replied that the bus would not be running that day.

    Yet I had paid for the ticket (25 euros, I took it on Infobus website) and the day before I had received confirmation with the travel details. At the last minute I found out, just by calling, that my trip would not be there and I had to improvise another way to get into Italy. The agency did not help me find other solutions.

    Not reliable!

    I want my money back.

    The trip was smooth and on time. But we were concerned at the amount of time the driver spent on his mobile phone while motorway driving. And we didn't arrive at the designated place and we had to carry our bags half a mile.

    Trieste airport - Ljubljana

    I have been waiting for an hour...and the bus didn't come. I want my money back. I've lost my money and time. Shame on you.

    The carrier company has not informed us previously. So we were not able to inform you before departure time that there will be no bus.

    Money in full will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.

    Please draw your attention to the fact that INFOBUS is a consolidated BusSystem, on the basis of which the tickets are sold by carriers from all over the world.

    INFOBUS provides system support and dispatching the carriers the same as the customers of the company, at the same time acts as a liaison between the customer and the carrier. We do our best to provide a decent service to the client and make the communication between the carrier and the passenger as effective as possible.

    We will do everything possible to prevent such a situation in the future.

    Please describe the situation in more detail on our mail Did you call on the contact phone numbers listed on the ticket? And where did you expect the bus? And we will send an appeal to the carrier

    Yes, I did all of that. The carrier company are not responding and Infobus are refusing to help. To anyone reading this I suggest you do not use either service. To do so risks being strandared and out of pocket.

    According to the information from the carrier , bus was on landing at 11:51. Also, we were given a receipt for arrival/departure at/from the airport that confirms that the bus was there.

    We specify the possibility to use these tickets on a different date.
