Yesterday I waited for over forty minutes for the bus at the Ljubjana station, I needed to get to Venice to catch a flight. Seeing that the bus was late I phoned the agency, who replied that the bus would not be running that day.
Yet I had paid for the ticket (25 euros, I took it on Infobus website) and the day before I had received confirmation with the travel details. At the last minute I found out, just by calling, that my trip would not be there and I had to improvise another way to get into Italy. The agency did not help me find other solutions.
The trip was smooth and on time. But we were concerned at the amount of time the driver spent on his mobile phone while motorway driving. And we didn't arrive at the designated place and we had to carry our bags half a mile.
We waited in the right spot (asked other drivers to ensure) from 30 mins before departure time until 1 hour after. The bus didn't show up. We received no email notifications and had to take a bus with another company.
