This summarizes our experience, it was very uncomfortable: • Late pick up, was not on time. We took a 40 euro taxi to the airport to catch another bus. Then DRD called and said they could pick us up at the airport. But we were out 40 euro. • Too many people booked for space available for 3+ h ride… a family actually had to leave mid trip after lots of difficult conversation with the driver. -Driver constantly on 2 phones while driving stick shift in traffic. This was not safe. • Driver constantly weaving in out of lanes without signaling • Driving too fast • Driving outside all lanes, on shoulder of highway. • passed trucks outside all lanes, on shoulder! This was flat out dangerous and I had to firmly tell him such driving was not acceptable. • AC not working properly • Uncomfortable seats • passenger van apparently had an engine problem

Got to the spot on the map on my ticket very early, and as far as I am aware the bus never showed up. Had to book another bus with a different company for an hour later

The driver was nice. On time. The vehicle was OK. BUT He was on the phone all the way. He exceeded the speed limit several times: 145-150 km h. He broke the turn rules also a couple of times. Turned in a forbidden spot. The safety of passengers must be a priority.

Everything was great

I was promptly contacted about the driver being delayed by 45 minutes. The 45-minute turned into a 1 hour 40 minute delay. I was kept waiting at Venice Marco Polo Airport and I constantly had to call for updates. I was told that the driver was delayed at the border. I don't know which border as the driver is Slovenian with a Slovenian vehicle, Italy and Slovenia are in the Schengen Area and share an open border and the other passengers told me they drove in circles for hours. Some of my plans in Ljubljana were canceled because of this delay. Show up on time next time! 28€ is cheap but too much for such a service. The driver stopped for fuel and told us we could get out and use the bathroom but made no effort to let the passengers at the back out by folding out the chair to allow for us to leave the vehicle. Strange service, wouldn't recommend.

The driver was punctual and friendly, and the shuttle arrived to Ljubljana ahead of schedule. There was a minor confusion about the pick-up point as it deviates from the one stated on the ticket, but we managed to figure it out at the end. The provider was flexible and picked me up where I was waiting. Bottom line: the experience was great, the service was very friendly and the trip went smoothly.

Vehicle was fine, just a bit small. Driver was smoking through window while driving. We picked up several people on the way - without him checking the ticket. (Seems like they were friends). After several stops we arrived in Slovenia and here the trouble began - a huge group of people tried to enter the bus (without ticket). We spent one hour stuck waiting for people to get off the bus. Terrible experience with a lot of yelling and people arguing in foreign language. Did not feel safe for tourists.
