    Driver spent a long time waiting to pick up deliveries during the trip, which meant we were late, even though we were rubbing early before this, and almost missed our train.

    I would say the service is fine but you get what you pay for. This was a cheaper alternative to GoOpti which is the only taxi service in Slovenia. They picked us up 1.5hrs late from Trieste airport, and if we hadn't persevered in contacting them we would have thought that we were scammed. One lady at the airport could not get through to them at all. Basically if you have time to kill book them, they will eventually show up, but if you need to get to the airport in time find alternative transport. This is the only direct transfer to Lljubjana from Trieste airport, otherwise book GoOpti.

    The bus did not arrive on time. I called the carrier company on the phone numbers given, they said they would arrive in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes no one arrived. The company stopped answering my calls. I started to call Infobus. They got in touch and said that the bus will arrive in 20 minutes. (here at least the support works normally, you can get through). The bus did not arrive again, but arrived in another 40 minutes in the end. In fact, as I understand, the carrier did not recruit people and cancelled the route, I went on the next bus on schedule. Nobody bothered to warn me, it was all my problem. And the place of supply too - in the ticket one, on the phone another, from Infobus third. Conclusions are made Infobus badly chooses partners, I will not use them anymore, I travelled back by Flixbus. They sent a text message with the indication that they were late and by how much, everything was clear, understandable and without nerves. A clear indication of where the bus would arrive. The DRD bus was a small minibus without air conditioning, but in general it was just a small thing.
