  • Pünktlich und schneller, besser als Flixbus auch der Bus selber. Einzige Kritikpunkte das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein und die Koffer Reglung, wenn man nur ein Koffer hat, der etwas schwerer ist sollte keine Zusatzkosten verursachen bzw. explizit darauf hingewiesen werden. Die Webseite von KLR funktioniert nicht von Deutschland aus.

  • My bus has arrived app. 70 minutes late but somehow we have arrived Prague 20 minutes early. It was okay but they did not know English and if you read customer rights, you can see we have no right, even if it is late for a few hours. I just waited outside desperately without knowing when they arrive. Anyways, the bus was comfortable but the other customers were insanely disturbing.

  • We should departed at 1pm but finally it was at 4pm. The personal of KLR in the bus station couldn't provide any information about the departure time. Then initially the trip was meant to be 3hs, but it was 7hs at the end. In summary, we arrived at 11pm instead of 4pm...

  • ? Very disappointing experience with KLR Bus. Our bus from Prague to Munich on 29.07.2025 was advertised as a 3-hour trip (13:00–16:00), but it left 90 minutes late and arrived at 21:00 – a 7-hour ride with no explanation or assistance. One of our group is a pensioner with health issues, and this long delay made her condition worse. We also missed prepaid activities in Munich. No support, no apology. We’ve requested compensation but so far, no response. Would not recommend.
