The carrier was good, the drivers spoke Polish, but they also knew English. The assistant on the bus also spoke Ukrainian/Russian, which was very helpful. They informed us about transfers right away, indicated which bus number (new) it would be and at which stop to look for it. The interior was clean and had power sockets, air conditioning and a toilet. There was no Wi-Fi. There was also a paid minibar inside. There were no delays; we arrived exactly at the time and place indicated on the ticket.

Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi available.

Secondly, the language barrier was a serious problem, as the staff did not speak English or German on an international route from Warsaw to Munich ( they spoke only polish)

Lastly, I was not informed about the bus change in advance. The transfer at 4:15 a.m. caused a lot of stress and cuz of that i couldn’t even sleep

I was not informed about changing buses on my route to Warsaw.

I was stressed.

My luggage was thrown out of the bus.

I didn't know what to do.But the people and not drivers helped me to find the bus I needed to continue my travel to Warsaw ?
