Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi available.
Secondly, the language barrier was a serious problem, as the staff did not speak English or German on an international route from Warsaw to Munich ( they spoke only polish)
Lastly, I was not informed about the bus change in advance. The transfer at 4:15 a.m. caused a lot of stress and cuz of that i couldn’t even sleep
