  • The carrier was good, the drivers spoke Polish, but they also knew English. The assistant on the bus also spoke Ukrainian/Russian, which was very helpful. They informed us about transfers right away, indicated which bus number (new) it would be and at which stop to look for it. The interior was clean and had power sockets, air conditioning and a toilet. There was no Wi-Fi. There was also a paid minibar inside. There were no delays; we arrived exactly at the time and place indicated on the ticket.
