Great service, drivers are responsible and made everything possible to arrive in time considered the situation on the custom.

I arrived at bus station Zachodnia, 95 minutes ahead and still missed the bus. Because no wed. bus photo and too many bus used the same platform 9. I asked international tickets office (2 times)before departure, worrying the PA announcement saying changing. platform number. I still missed the bus.

I had an enjoyable trip throughout. I like the drivers' courteous approach. They even gave me a call before arriving so didn't miss my bus, stopped a few times in a quality places for passengers to get a stretch and a cup of coffee. Nevertheless, arrived half an hour before schedule. The bus ran smoothly, temperature inside comfortable, climate - control good, not blowing into your ears, the bus was clean everywhere. I had a relaxing journey

Very professional drivers handled well everything during the trips. Driving safe and comfortable. Bus was with clean WC for comfortable trips. WI-FI was sometime intermittent.
