Please clarify whether we understand correctly that you did not use your ticket?
Yes, I never used it. I arrived 40 min earlier than the scheduled departure time, and saw the bus left in front of my eyes. I was told that the schedule had changed but I was never informed about it. And I brought a new ticket for the next bus at the station
