Abbastanza bene

For the price, I can't complain much, but still, while some of the staff was rather friendly, some others simply rude. I had to ask multiples times a new seat as they placed me without checking to some which were in fact already taken. At least, seats were rather comfy. But again for the price, I can't complain too much.

One of the best trips we had!

Writing to file a formal complaint regarding my trip from Warsaw to Odessa 22.12.2025 for which I purchased a direct ticket with no transfers, advertised as a comfortable bus service.

After spending seven hours waiting at the Polish border, passengers were unexpectedly dropped off at the railway station in Lviv and informed that the bus would not continue further. Without any prior notice or explanation, we were forced to change to a bus operated by a different tour company. What for did I paid that high cost of ticket. Condition of the bus was just Driver was smoking in

the buss. The condition of the bus was absolutely unacceptable.

There was trash scattered throughout the bus, a strong smell of dampness persisted for the entire journey, and the seats were extremely dirty. The overall environment was unhygienic and completely unfit for passenger transportation.

The drivers were beyond rude, treating everyone (and I mean everyone) as if we were cattle animals. Yelling at people, ordering people around.

Most of those who were on the bus were women, so the drivers felt free to insult us safe in the notion that there won’t be a physical altercation.

Disgusting.

Bus from kharkiv to kyiv was cramped and hot, very uncomfortable. Bruises on my knees from having them stick up against the seat ahead. Also no USB plugs, very limited bud. Bus travelling from kyiv to Warsaw was good, spacious, comfortable with available power sockets. Price was expensive at 65 euro given the conditions on the first part of the trip
