Bus never turned up. Zero information at the station. No one could speak English. Avoid and take the train.

From our side, we have not received any information regarding the cancellation of the trip from the carrier, so we have sent a request to clarify the situation and for a refund.

We were there at 3pm, and at no time did the bus show up. Absolutely no information or guidance. A really unpleasant experience. Please keep me updated as I had to pay €60 for 2 trains to Lviv. I need the refund.

stop checking the documents of Africans as if they are thieves or do not have the right to travel too, there are not many in Ukraine, but in several countries like France, USA, Canada, Germany, Switzerland there are millions of Africans who live, the documents that we present to you were issued by a European country we cannot present ourselves at the bus stop without being sure that we do not have a document to pass into Poland, I am always a victim of this situation when I leave Ukraine for Poland, a driver categorically refused me in April saying that my passport is from Somalia yet he has an Ivorian passport in front of him in his hand, we love Ukraine also treat foreigners well at home especially in this difficult period millions of Ukrainians are being helped in other countries currently without distinction thank you for taking this into consideration
