Overall good, but the old school Bus driver can be more polite..

Amazing spacious bus, greats WiFi signal, friendly helpful staff.

Generally, the ride was good. There were only two problems: (1) I purchased 2 tickets so that I could have a free seat next to me to be comfortable and sleep. However, Pavluks Bus company got confused and changed it to only 1 seat under my name. I paid a lot of money for these two seats! Thankfully, I was able to keep the extra seat, but all night during the trip, I was nervous that it would be given away to someone else. (2) There was a drunk passenger who was very disruptive. This was an overnight bus when most people were trying to sleep, but all night he was drinking beer (he drank probably 6 cans of beer while on the bus, and was already drunk when he got on the bus). He played very loud dance music in russian language on his phone, and he also called people on his phone and was yelling at them very loudly. All night, he would not be quiet, and passengers around him kept yelling at him to be quiet. I don't know why the bus driver didn't intervene and remove this drunk passenger, or take away his cans of beer, or force him to turn off his music.

I took a journey from Krakow to Lviv in Septermber 2026, all was in time and well-serviced. Thank you, team.

I was very happy to use this bus. The train I had planned to take was delayed many hours, and I couldn't wait that long. Less than an hour before the bus departed, I purchased a ticket online and went to the bus station. My train would have been 3 hours, but this bus took me to my destination in only 2.5 hours! I was very happy. I think for many of my future trips around Ukraine, I will take a bus instead of the train.

Llegada muy retrasada

Den gången har bussen överträffat alla förväntningar: 220v-uttag ovanför säten för varje passagerare + USB-uttag nere, mycket plats för handbagaget på hyllan ovanför passagerarsätet. Som vanligt man önskar trevligare förare, de är alltid griniga, men gör sitt jobb.

FOREIGNERS BE AWARE!!! There were two foreigners in a bus, and driver was threatening them to leave them stranded in the middle of the road during midnight because they were just not Ukrainian citizens. He was speculating that because of their non-Ukraine passport, there can be possible delays on a boarder. He was justifying his actions due to his manager instructions. Please, note, that one was EU citizen.
