Unfortunately I wasn’t dropped at the railway station initially and went for a two hour ride out in the country. After about a four hour wait I was taken back to the railway station. The driver tried to initially correct the error but was unsuccessful and so much time was wasted

Bus came 30 minutes late but everything was ok. We were able to cross the border from Ukraine to Poland in a reasonable amount of time.

Both drivers engaged in lengthy conversations on their mobile phones while behind the wheel.

This dangerous act not only violates the Law but also poses a serious risk of causing fatal accidents.

It is imperative that the Police take immediate action against these drivers.

Кондиціонер не можна було настроїти, я компанію Павлукс не рекомендую, е інші компанії за те саме гроші, які на 100 раз краще.

Ich empfehle keinem eine Fahrt mit Pavluks, das Busunternehmen fährt über 24 Stunden ohne funktionierende Toilette im Bus, die Klimaanlage war nicht auszuschalten oder weniger zu drehen.

Für das Geld könnt Ihre andere Busunternehmen nutzen, die tausend mal besser sind im Service.
