Min recension kommer att behandlas elektroniskt av den själlösa administrationen. Bry er inte ett dugg om min åsikt. Men jag skriver: bussen var sen, så avgången var mycket senare; det fanns en rulle toalettpapper av låg kvalitet i toaletten under hela resan. Är detta så låg girighet? Jag pratar inte ens om servetter för att torka av sätet. Det finns inget vatten i handfatet för att tvätta händerna med! Är detta hygien? Föraren betedde sig mot passagerarna som en otillräcklig lärare - dum med förstaklassare, och förebrådde hela tiden passagerarna med hypes för deras framtida dåliga handlingar mot hans buss! Föraren slog på värmeelementen i kabinen på natten till en temperatur på 35 grader. Det var osäkert att röra kylargrillen! Föraren svarade med ett flin att han gjorde alla en tjänst: bussen var varm. Även om det redan var omöjligt att andas. Otillräcklig bakom ratten!

Took the Pavluks luxury coach from Warsaw Chopin airport overnight. Firslty from the arrivals terminal to the bus stop was literally less than 2 minutes away outside the exit which was of extreme relief.

The ride itself was fast, efficient and comfortable. There were no issues from booking online to verification by the staff boarding the bus.

The journey was uneventful 9as it should be). Coach was seamless, clean and driver drove carefully but swiftly. I never felt fearful on the drive.

There were enough stops on the long 14-hour journey.

The coach itself was above avergae. Reclining seats that allowed for a comfortable-enough sleep.

I have been on more comfortable coaches but it was more than adequate.

When I needed to change money over the border, the conductor helped locate a money-changer and ensured I got a good rate.

We did arrive 3 hours over the designated time of arrival, but a lot of that was due to a long wait at the border crossing (about an hour and a half). So well within the expected time of arrival (you have to give or take a few hours with coaches to destination etc).

Overall, a pleasant and efficient experience.
