12 hours borders, make me loose my plane

No info about which platform the bus left from. The text on the ticket was truncated. Very old bus where we were seated downstairs with closed curtains! Arrived 180 minutes late even though there were no queues at the border. The staff on board was not very service-minded. At all!

The bus was late/canceled and I received no notification. Nobody knew what was going on. And I had the exact same problem the next day.

It was an absolutely terrible dangerous driver ! He over took in curves , crossed the “no cross line” (I don’t know what it i called) in the middle of the road hundred times He should not be driving any more Terrible terrible Best regards Per from Sweden

Was travelling from Lviv to Warsaw, and it was a good experience for me. Thank you.

Really not satisfied. The drivers routinely depart late. Even after all the people who have bought the tickets boarded, the drivers walk around selling every last remaining seat,while the whole bus is waiting. We waited 1.5 hours in Warsaw airport while they were looking who extra passengers.

The carrier lists transport times around 4-5hrs from Lviv to places in Poland such as Rze, but to no real fault of their own this is not at all accurate. Yesterday it took us 15 hours just to cross the border. Take the train if you can. Traveler beware.
