  • The trip was extremely bad. The bus arrived more than a hour late. We were not informed or warned by SMS, and ready to find another bus. The help lines of the company were unavailable. When arriving, the drivers were rude and uneducated. No excuse or explanation wre provided. At the border we were stopped for several hours. No explanation given by the drivers, but apparently one of passengers was arested by the police. We finally arrived 6 hours late. Again no positive words from the drivers. These guys deserve being incorporarted in the army and sent to the trenches. They have no place in public transport, where a minum respect to customers is required..

  • The worst my travel. Crazy drivers. The worst travel experience ever. Route: Brno–Kyiv. The drivers stopped almost every hour for smoke breaks and food, but locked the passengers inside the bus and didn’t allow anyone to get out. When people complained, they just laughed and ignored it. Completely unacceptable behavior. Never again.

  • Bus arrived late by 2 hrs. Ticket was bought based on the route having no transfers. Right after the Polish-Ukrainian border, we were told to transfer to another bus in the middle of nowhere. They charge more than other carriers but have 0 standards. Drivers were rude too, but I assume this can be explained by their tiredness and poor communication& organization from the management. I would avoid this carrier at all costs.
