One of the worst trip I ever had The driver didn't stop to pick me up at Janow Lubelski and I had to chase him by car for 30 minutes. The bus arrived to border with 1 hour delay passed thebodder in time but later made us wait 2 other hours As a result, we arrived to Kyiv with a total delay of 4 hours Will never travel with this company again

I usually travel short distances, so it is difficult for me to fully evaluate the entire service. However, I use this bus company regularly. Overall, I am satisfied with the service. There are some minor concerns regarding the comfort of the bus, as it is not always very comfortable, but in general everything is good.

I am not satisfied with a trip. First when I arrived drivers could not find my name in the list of passengers and for 20 mins they were trying to call to their support team, call other bus drivers to ask them if maybe the name was on their list. They were telling smth like if you bought a ticket throught the middle company than this can be the issue of why name dsnt appear on the list with other passengers. But is it the problem of the passenger in the end that paid for the ticket that in between two companies the middle one through which ticket was bout and the one that is driving is a bad cooperation ? No it is not. Than another thing that was badly organised is that on the border control on Ukrainian side we stayed and waited 4 hours. 4 Hours! The reason was that one man that is not supposed normally to cross the border had a document missing. Than other passengers because of this case were coming late to their flights. Same with me. I asked in advance whether bus drivers could help and drive me to the airport and they said that they cannot stop there and that in case I am not satisfied I need to take taxi. Here is when fun began for me. They did not go faster knowing that their passengers are running late on the plane, instead the time was all the time adding up on google maps where I was all the time checking how long is left till the destination. i arrived to the bus stop 4 hours later than supposed to, and having only one hour left before my plane. I had planned the trip and normally I needed to have 5 hours in between the trip on bus and plane. Guys, please make conclusions to yourselves to travel or not with this currier. For me is a definite no

Changing of bus (although sold as direct trip) is announced by the driver when the bus already stopped, giving you 10 seconds to grab and exit. What is the problem to do that 10 minutes earlier?

TRANSFER - they did not state there was a transfer but there was. NOT CLEAR - They had to call me because I couldn't find the bus at the station. They did not have correct signs on the bus. I was so angry about this trip. It took so muh longer than advertised. The bus and staff were fine, but the route it took was awful and going through very slow boarder crossing. Very expensive for a terrible trip.

Bus stopped close to Novovolynsk for 1:30 hours; the driver left door closed without the possibility even to go to toilet and didn’t give any explaination

Arrived nearly two hours late-not caused by border delays. Too many stops, transferring passengers between coaches. Took about 4.5 hours to cover part of the journey near Lutsk to the border - shouldn't take more than 2 hours. Probably wouldn't use them again
