Bus modern, but no toilet! Drivers very friendly and helpful. But listening to loud music and watching loud films on board should be forbidden (only with earphones).

My bus driver and the bus I was on were wonderful. My bus departed from lane 7 at 12:00, at the bus station next to the Kyiv train station on December 13.. The bus was not as spacious as the ones that travel to/from Moldova and other countries, but it was new, clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for a suitcase. Also, one big backpack and a smaller one both fit in the overhead shelve. The bus has rest stops about every 2.5 hours, so this is much more convenient and comfortable than traveling by train. However, the bus that departed 30 minutes earlier than mine - from the same lane - and same company - was driven by an extremely rude and angry man. Under other circumstances some people would have punched him in the nose. (I expected only Russian soldiers to pose a threat in Ukraine, not bus drivers for the company I bought a ticket from!)
Since I only speak a few words of Russian/Ukrainian - I misinterpreted the bus ticket and thought the bus leaving earlier was mine and tried to board. That is when this pain-in-the-ass went ballistic. But fortunately, later at various rest-stops, I met a lot of nice Ukrainian people, so I realized that every country has their own share of idiots. Why not develop a bilingual ticket system to increase efficiency and alleviate mix-ups? Putting up a tiny notice board at each lane revealing the departure time, destination & bus number clearly displayed would be VERY helpful. Moreover, the lane number was almost impossible to see due to puddles of melting snow and mud (Rasputinskya) covering the badly faded lane number. And why not mount all the lane numbers up high so that people don't need to scour the pavement as though they are searching for a their lost winning ticket for the national lottery? Conclusion: 5 Stars for my Driver & Zero Stars for the Ogre Driver = 1 Star. Sorry ! ! !
The bus driver was friendly and helped with my bags, and even made sure to tell me how long our stops were in English. I do wish the toilet would have been working, but it was a short trip so no big deal.

Honestly very good services, especially the service staff which was very helpful and understandable. The only negative was the bus which was small but that didnt matter at all. After some time I even realized there was wifi.
The trip was excellent: driver was good skilled and polite, bus was clean and comfortable.
I can recommend it for every one.
