I want to write about an unpleasant experience. I bought a ticket through the Infobus website on 22 September 2025, but due to certain circumstances, I had to return the ticket, and it turned out that there was no refund. Circumstances vary, and €59 is not a small amount of money, which I did not get back. I am disappointed with the service.

We understand that sometimes plans may change, and it’s not always possible to use a ticket. Please note that the refund conditions are set by the carrier and are shown on our website before purchase, as well as in the ticket itself.
For this particular carrier, it is specified that if the ticket is returned less than 24 hours before departure, no refund is possible. Since you applied for a refund on the day of departure, unfortunately, the refund could not be processed.
