  • The bus went from Bratislava to Lviv, and the temperature outside that day was 38 degrees, but the air conditioner in the bus barely worked. The staff is good, and the price is competitive, but the AC in the bus was absolutely horrible. Definitely don't recommend when it's hot outside

  • I want to write about an unpleasant experience. I bought a ticket through the Infobus website on 22 September 2025, but due to certain circumstances, I had to return the ticket, and it turned out that there was no refund. Circumstances vary, and €59 is not a small amount of money, which I did not get back. I am disappointed with the service.
