we did two reservation , the first for 10 persons , and another one for 2 persons more.
when the bus arrived the ressponsible woman showed us that the 4 last names in the first order wasnt in her list, and they stayed on the road in the middle of the night.
we had ordered taxi that coust 500$.
the names is 2persons from LEVI family and 2 VAKNIN family.
we expecting for comppensation at least of 500$ before we transpporing this case to a lawyer.
