Additional information:
●Transportation of pets is prohibited even if you have all the necessary documents. A passenger with a pet will not be allowed to board the bus without a refund of the ticket.
●The passenger is obliged to arrive at the place of departure no later than 30 minutes before the bus departure and check in with the staff.
●Changing the date of the trip is possible for an additional fee of 30 PLN, which is paid to the driver, provided that there are more than 24 hours left before departure.
Luggage:
●2 pieces of luggage (40x60x40 cm, up to 20 kg each, total weight up to 40 kg) in the luggage compartment and 1 piece of hand luggage up to 5 kg in the bus cabin can be carried free of charge.
●Each additional kilogram costs 1 EUR.
●Transportation of a bicycle is possible only in a fully unfolded form if there is free space in the luggage compartment. An additional fee of 30 EUR is required for a bicycle.
