What a rude driver. Myself an my partner booked with Bus Janiso from Bielsko-Biala to Krakow through Info Bus and printed the tickets as advised. When i showed them to the bus driver he through a tantrum as he didn’t know how to deal with pre-bookings and gave out to me telling me I should always just pay directly to the driver on the bus. Sighing as if I just created a tone of work for him he then took 10 minutes to decide whether he can let me on the bus or not. I argued, telling him it was paid for online but he continued to be rude and completely unprofessional. Finally he rang someone and eventually rudely waved us onto the bus.
If a company ( Bus Janiso) gives an option to pre book on line the drivers should not make a fuss about it and try to humiliate customers. Welcome to the 20th century !!
