  • Not sure why the carrier insists on going to this new crossing Grushiv. The crossing was long as the bus got taken twice to be scanned and only one person at the border checking passports. Overall still good but communication could have been better why they decided to go over this very slow crossing as well as one extra break for 10 minutes turned out to be a 20 minute before we reached the border could have been avoided. While it’s nice for the smokers not sure why non smokers had to wait for bus driver an odd smoker. Most of us weren’t smoking. Toilet on board …. May be next crossing will be better

  • Dear all, I had to cancel my return trip since I would have spent too much time at the border, and I would have missed my flight from Rzeszow airport. One suggestion: could you please let the bus from Lviv depart one hour earlier to avoid getting stuck at the border? This would be a great help.

  • Пан Андрій (driver) was very kind, helpful and trustworthy. He made everything clear and easy. The vehicle was very pleasant with air conditioning and curtains. The driver was very accommodating to the passengers.

  • There was an 8 hour delay at the border crossing, about which nothing could be done but the driver was helpful to everyone. Have travelled with this company on many occasions and never had a problem. On this last occasion I would have one miner issues. According to the ticket, the bus was schedle to depart from Dvirtsava Square but instead departed from that area that is commonally referred to às "paid parking".. luckily I discovered this shortly prior to departure so all was good. But please do take into account a traveller like myself that is unable to speak Ukrainian

  • Great driver, good bus but all electric sockets out of order, and heating always on, impossible to make it less. Overall very happy with the driver, less happy with the technical stuff
