A trip from Lviv to Krakow airport. It was a complete failure. I understand perfectly well that the speed of crossing the border does not depend on the drivers, but it would be great if unforeseen delays were included in the estimated arrival time. Or prescribe that this time is not accurate, because crossing the border is not included in it, and thus the buyer will understand that you need to take the next tickets with the greatest possible time difference, so as not to worry later. Because because of this, the person did not have time to catch the plane and had to buy another ticket for the last possible plane that day, and it cost 140 euros for a second, which is not cheap, and also sleep in krakow, which is also not free.

Also, if such a delay has already occurred, I do not think that stopping for a smoke break for 10 minutes is super rational and correct, considering it was possible to smoke and use the bathroom at the border. If it is really necessary, then 3-5 minutes is quite enough for both the toilet and for smokers. If you have a schedule and you are already 3 hours late, don't make this delay even more critical. And lastly, it would be good if the drivers could communicate in English at least a little. At least at a minimal level. Because without a translator it is simply impossible to understand them. I like the bus, it is comfortable and the drivers are professional and kind.

Rating 4/5 for the bus only because I traveled recently in the bus that had more convenient chairs, but all the rest was better with this company: cleanness of the bus, comfortable temperature, chargers and WiFi worked well.

Special thanks to the female driver who is amazing and created comfort of the trip: she provided enough information about the trips and stops, cared about travelers and was very pleasant. One girl felt not well at the border, so she rushed to bring to her own water and a sandwiche.

Despite of super-long waiting time at the border, the overall experience of travel with this company was very good.

The driver I had (she was my first female bus drive ever) was incredible. Such an organized and serious lady, incredibly helpful and nice. This was the cleanest bus i’ve been on, and the driving style was on point. Thank you!
