  • I paid for a direct route, (no transfers), with WiFi. The bus was a Mercedes van with 16 passenger seats. No WiFi. We stopped in Odesa, and were told to get off and wait for another bus. Why? I asked the driver? A transfer, he responded. A giant old bus eventually arrived. Seats were filthy. No WiFi.

    There is infobus.eu, who sells the tickets, and there is the actual bus carrier (avtoexpress.dp.ua was plastered across the windshield of the bus). Who is to blame? Which entity is responsible for this crappy service? Why the transfer, when I explicitly selected the bus with the direct route? And I selected the bus that displayed the WiFi logo.

    I will never use infobus.eu again. And I will never use avtoexpress.dp.ua again. Very disappointed.

    The information about the route, transfers, and additional services (Wi-Fi, bus type, etc.) on our website is provided directly by the carrier. Sometimes, due to technical or organizational reasons, the carrier is forced to replace the vehicle or arrange a transfer. Unfortunately, in this case, the bus was replaced with a less comfortable one, and there was also a transfer that was not communicated in advance.

    We will contact the carrier to verify the accuracy of the information on the website and, in the event of such changes, will update the information to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.

    I have owned my own business and I understand what it means to take responsibility for my subcontractors. I paid my money to YOU -- not the carrier. If they screw up, you should stop using them! I have figured out the scam you operate. You don't reveal the actual bus company when you sell the tickets, thus making it impossible for the customer to check reviews. You can use cutrate carriers, who hide behind you. They can provide lousy service and when we complain, you just say, "It's not my fault. Sorry the carrier screwed you over." The ANONYMOUS carrier. I paid YOU for WiFi. I paid YOU for a direct ticket. If it was my business, I would refund the customer's money and fire the carrier.

    But that's not how your scam operates, is it.

    Regarding the choice of carrier - when purchasing a ticket on our site or through the application, the name of the carrier company and its rating are displayed at the bottom under the flight. By clicking on the name, you can read the reviews of passengers. This information is open and not hidden.

    I stand corrected. The carrier name is indeed displayed, and is a link to the customer reviews on infobus.eu. I was wrong. Feel free to remove my second response, if I am unable to do so myself. Apologies. I stand by my annoyance with the transfer and the lack of WiFi.

  • Recently took a trip with this operator from Vinnytsia to Balti. Operator was delayed and really did not seem to be concerned about making up time at later stops. Sure Ukrainian customs took some time, but adding insult was that the operator did not stop at the designated final destination stop as listed on the ticket in Balti. It was not even close. When I inquired where the stop was, I received a gruff response. Without real directions, I missed my connecting transport in Balti. If the carrier is not going to stop at the designated stop, say something before, not afterwards so appropriate planning can occur. I incurred increased costs from this action that this operator and site still ponder about.

  • It was disaster. The drivers were without respect, toilet was voll for few days and with disgusting smell in the bus. Even for free , will not go enymore with them.

  • It was a quiet trip. It arrived on time and was not late. I would have liked to be able to speak to the drivers in English though. I didn't understand anything the whole way. But overall it was an okay ride

  • Buongiorno, ho rischiato di perdere il bus, perchè non era parcheggiato alla piattaforma prevista, la n. 5 sul biglietto; ma alla fine dei parcheggi, nascosto da una struttura, per caso l'ho visto riconoscendo la targa. Poi è partito con 50 minuti di ritardo; poche soste e molte brevi, dovevano recuperare, ma un bisogno fisiologico o prendere un caffè sono necessari in viaggi così lunghi; durante il viaggio, è entrata la pioggia nel bus, che ha bagnato la mia giacca e i vestiti ad altri passeggeri.

  • A terrible company! The drivers have very poor skills and the arrival was delayed for about three hours due to an unplanned change of the bus on the way to Kyiv, in Uman. Also, the condition of the microbus was very, very bad. Very crammed with bad seats, and almost nonexisting suspension, making the trip extremely tirefull. I will never again use their services!

  • Bought a ticket Chishinau - Zaporizhzhya, strict direction. But in result my bus was going to one cite, where i have to sit on another one, which bring me to third city, where i have to sit on third bus. So basically instead one route i had 3 different trasfers. Very devastating, especially for old peole who can be confused with such system

    Also about such a horrible route i was noticed 12 hourse before the bus, so even if i would lite to return the ticket i would not get a full refund.

    Overall one of the worst travel experience i had.
