The bus was nice. The driver was very professional.
My only suggestion is for Infobus to email a small diagram of the bus stations.
It was my first time at this station and I ran around panicking for 25 minutes trying to find my bus.

I couldn't find the shuttle bus stop, and I missed the ticket. I had to buy another ticket, and even there the location of the bus and the stop wasn't clear, and I missed the second ticket too! I finally had to buy a third ticket, And I received no refund or almost no response to the issue from the company. Very disappointing even though I am a regular customer. I probably won't order through them next time.
