  • This was a cozy trip. Not for the bus, the vehicle was rather common. But I was most pleased with the talks to other passengers, Ukrainian women with courage. One with a good job in Romania, one got to an exhibition in Britain and the last one, a student, went to a congress in Greece. I hope to meet such people again next time (May). I have the impresion that INFOBUS is a good organized company. The booking went smoothly, the trip went smoothly, borderchechs went smoothly. SAnd I slept for a few hours smoothly

  • The bus was nice. The driver was very professional. My only suggestion is for Infobus to email a small diagram of the bus stations. It was my first time at this station and I ran around panicking for 25 minutes trying to find my bus.

  • I couldn't find the shuttle bus stop, and I missed the ticket. I had to buy another ticket, and even there the location of the bus and the stop wasn't clear, and I missed the second ticket too! I finally had to buy a third ticket, And I received no refund or almost no response to the issue from the company. Very disappointing even though I am a regular customer. I probably won't order through them next time.

  • We arrived three hours late, and all because the driver at the border didn't try to speed up, other drivers at the border who were behind us talked to the guards and surrounded us, and that's why we missed our flight.
