Șoferul un domn din Uzbekistan, foarte. Nepoliticos și nesimțit , nu vb deloc nici romana nici engleza Nici bulgara ,nici un pasager nu s a putut înțelege cu el, și cel mai grav e că a mers tot drumul pe vremea nasoala care era și toate drumurile cu 0 lumina și vizibilitate cu peste 120 la ora si când i s a spus că o lase mai usor că vrem sa ajungem în viața în Sofia a început să vb pe ruseste și să facă scandal și să. Ne arate cu degetul, se poate vedea pe camera de filmat din autocar pt că eu eram chiar pe scaunul din spatele lui. Acest șofer nu ar trebui sa mai ducă. Oameni. Nicăieri. Mi as dorii banii înapoi.

Punctual, efficient, comfortable and great value for money service, definitely worth recommending.

The drivers refused to wait for 5 minutes to enable me to catch their bus (my previous Flixbus was late by 1 hour due to fault of the drivers). As a result, I had to buy two additional bus tickets, and take a taxi across Milan, which increased the cost of the trip by 250 Euros (plus the cost of the ticket to the missed bus). In addition, I reached Maribor 2.5 hours later than initially planned.

Loud music, driver turns volume back each time after i ask him yo lower it. Inadequate. People want to sleep at night not dance

Bus was so small. No space for legs at all, condition was not working from Bucharest to Varna. Driver was angry & doesn't speak English, just screaming Romanian
