We boarded the bus in Uzhhorod with a transfer to a train in Slovakia included in the ticket, but the train did not wait due to border delays. We were forced to buy another ticket, effectively paying double for the same trip.

Liked the RGB light. And overall boarding process. And the fact that they labeled my backpack with my sit number before putting it away. Felt safe and comfy all the way. And wifi worked perfect. Staff was very pleasant and gave a bar of chocolate and water.

Dear Infobus Team,
We hereby formally demand a FULL refund for BOTH passengers, Ivan Korchynskyi and Olena Smish, for the above-mentioned orders. A partial refund will not be accepted.
Due to a missed connection caused by border delays beyond our control, we failed to arrive at our destination at the scheduled time, missed an important pre-arranged meeting, and were forced to purchase additional tickets at our own expense.
This resulted in double payment for the same journey and significant inconvenience for both passengers. Responsibility for this disruption does not lie with us.
Please confirm in writing that the full amount for both passengers will be refunded and provide the exact refund timeline.
