My trip was excellent.

Thank you for the transportation service from Prague to Kyiv. In general, I was satisfied with the trip, but I would like to share some observations that may help improve the experience for future passengers.

1. Border crossing in Poland:

At the Polish border, all passengers were asked to leave the train, after which we had to wait outside in the rain for about two hours. The customs hall did not allow people inside, including families with small children. This situation creates difficult and uncomfortable conditions, and it appears to happen regularly. Even as an EU passport holder, I could not use any separate lane, as all alternative passages were closed.

2. Onboard service on the Intercity train:

The café on the train from Przemyśl to Kyiv opened only at 14:30 (Kyiv time), which led to a long queue forming in the aisle. Many passengers were waiting for basic services such as coffee or a snack, and the delayed opening caused noticeable inconvenience.

Apart from these issues, the journey itself was smooth, and the train arrived earlier than scheduled.
