Excellent service and really great staff i was surprised at how great and helpful the staff were

18.04.2023 - train was good, toilets were clean, and stuff was friendly. However, we stayed very long in a train and could not leave the train because of the Poland Customs could not let us go. Then we waited because the other train was finishing the trip and until all the people left, we could leave our train. We had to wait 3hours if not more.

Staff is very friendly and good, the only thing missing is one of the toilets was not working.

Intercity train was perfect. Train from Premysel to Prague: car attendant (car #1) didn't notify a passenger about train coming up to Krakov, though she told him she would wake him up and serve breakfast (she didn't show up). She also showed other passenger how to open the door!!! Stop was only 1 minute. The passenger couldn't open it and missed her destination place with heavy bags and at night. She started looking for the car attendant and couldn't find her anywhere (checked 3 cars!). Toilets were stinky, floor in the car was dirty, door was broken, didn't close automatically, was open most of the time, cold.
