    The drivers were amazing! I don't have enough words to express how good there were to the people and also on these dificult roads they drove incredible well. They even waited for me on Gara De Nord in Bucharest as I went to the wrong place instead on the Airport and still they made it on time. Amazing people, highly recomend it. Ukrainian people and drivers are very good. I highly recomend them.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to formally complain about the service scheduled on December 20 on the route from Bucharest to Veliko Tarnovo at 22:00.

    I did not receive any service from your company on that date. I was present at the bus stop from 21:00 until 02:30, but the bus never arrived. No information or notification was provided regarding any delay, cancellation, or change of schedule.

    As a result, I was left waiting in the cold for several hours. Eventually, I had no alternative but to take a taxi. The taxi fare was 150 EUR, shared among three passengers.

    I am attaching my ticket for your reference. Given that the service was not provided and no communication was made, I request an urgent refund of the full ticket price.

    I expect your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

    You are a terrible company! Have never seen such an irresponsibility in my life.
