Safety is a priority—big thanks to team. The comfort is necessary, especially when you pay for it. The seats were comfortable. No WIFI all way long. The staff didn't show the courtesy to help with a luggage when it was ask for it.

Low quality service
The trip on itself was OK, the drivers where polite and clear in communication. At least in Ukrainian.
What is rather striking that driver does not have a handsfree and was constantly calling on motorway even when overtaking. I felt unsafe in these situations

Legroom to small particullarly compare to other firms.
Big problems with INFOBUS as they sold tickes and describe departue point as the one by bagage depo.
I have asked five different peoples and three of them pointed to wrong places.
BEE AWARE. In Lviv dvorcova there are two bus stops in distance of 100 meters
and there are not clearly marked.
In fact there not marked at all

Bus didn’t come to airport and stoped 15mins from it, I didn’t have a network and should ask for a help to find the place where it stopped.
