p trans is really really very bad service yesterday i had travel on this bus number AT 5021 CA no airconditon no colling system too much dirty inside bad smell all way people's drinking beers alchocl no one stop them in this warm weather you can imagin how travel was bad without aircondition i didnt recommend to anyone travel on this service
I was waiting in the car park of Lviv railway station. The dispatcher assured me rudely that the bus would come there. i was concerned because I seemed to be the only traveller. I caught sight of a P-Trans bus leaving. I ran to it waiving my ticket. The pick up point was somewhere else. There was a map with directions in Polish attached to my ticket, which i could not interpret. The drivers were efficient.

Please specify what dispatcher told you about the parking?

The dispatcher indicated by a waive of his hand that the bus would come to the car park where I was standing and got angry with me when I questioned him again. (Which I did because there were no other passengers for the bus at the location). "Luggage space" is not the name of a location in English. Does it mean "by the left luggage office" or something like that? I did find a map with the ticket, which I should have analysed more carefully. I realise the ongoing buidling works are causing a problem, but there was no one to ask except the dispatcher, who should surely have known if he had taken the trouble to look at my ticket properly.

Please specify it was dispatcher at the box office of train station? In the parking? You did not call the phone numbers listed in the tickets?

It was the dispatcher who was in the office in the cabin in the parking area next to the cashiers. I did not call anyone because I would not expect to find anyone who could speak English and after all "the dispatcher should know"
