This was terriblevtrip.Outside +35°C, bus was really old with no air conditioning system that is obligation for so long journeys. Trips point to point lasts almost 24hs. There were no communication with drivers, no announcements, NO STOPS for WC and sure internal tiolet was not working. Ukrainians are not apes or 2nd sort people.Allowing this kind of old buses should be linked with some corruption in PL same as in UA. I was also very disturbed with technical certification of the bus: strange noises followed all trip, passengers on back seats were complaining on strong diesel smell.

We complained to the transport company facebook account but this bastards deleted complain marking as spam.

Ці автобуси повинні бути зняті з міжнародних перевезень. Кондиціонерів немає, в салоні спека 40°, їхали при відкритому люці, дітей продуло.

Крісла старі, поломані, в салоні брудно.

Комунікація водіїв з пасажирами відсутня, де хочуть стають, не оголошують зупинки, автобус закрили і пішли курити.

Більше ніколи не буду користуватись вашими послугами.

The trip was terrible, I have missed my flight due to the bus delay! According to the timetable, bus should arrive at 05:30 am at Krakau Airport, but bus arrived at 12:30 pm! I must say, that delay was caused by custom control at the border between Ukraine and Poland! But still maybe it possible to write the hint on booking page, that time table can differ

Delayed. No order in sitting places. Just asking people in bus where I can sit. Old Vehicle, it was cold.

Driver didn't want to stop in the place which was in my ticket, he didn't care how can I go home from so long distance

I will prepare complaint because of his behavior with me

I will not travel again with the company. Seats are very uncomfortable, no wifi, no information in languages other than Ukrainian. Bus was cheduled to arrine at 8.00 in the morning and arrivved after 5.00 in the afternoon - - just misleading advertising. Service staff unhelpful, even hostile.

The coach is a bit aged, the seats are not comfortable especially when a person in front decides to relax by lowering the back leaving no room for the person behind. No Wi-Fi. No toilet. Air conditioning needs updating. The coach needs a bright sign with the name of the final destination so that it’s visible at night. Not to mention that the coach didn’t stop in Burshtyn although it’s a listed stop. Luckily there was operator’s telephone number on the ticket so I called him and he provided me with the driver’s mobile number so I managed to catch up with the coach by a taxi causing me a big stress. Of course delays on the border are not in drivers power but we were lucky by being held for only 4 hours!

hello I am very unhappy with the service because on the ticket there were departure times at 8:20 p.m. in the evening and arrival at 5:30 a.m. the next day and since my plane left at 3:40 p.m. that leaves room except that we arrived around 2 in the morning at the border and we waited until 11:30 a.m. to pass, nothing during the night moved, with the result that I arrived at least 1:30 a.m. late on my flight schedule, which caused me very high costs because I had to take tickets from another company via Vienna, I also lost reimbursement for my bus trip from Roissy Charles de Gaule to Pau where I live I am very unhappy with the service and I will not fail to let it be known because I came to Ukraine to set up a mutual aid of rare products at your place but if each time it is the same circus I am not sure to support a long time especially that I am out of pocket for services that are not up to par (customs) I calculated we spent more than 20 hours on the bus when it was scheduled for 9 hours
