We would like to note that on our website, in our social networks and on the hotline we always indicate that the arrival time is approximate. The road is an unpredictable process, and various delays may occur during the trip, in particular at the border, due to traffic or other circumstances beyond the control of the carrier.

That is why we recommend booking tickets with a certain margin of time to take into account possible delays on the way.

I was kinda sure that 3 hours margin for a 6 hours trip (that is 50%) should be enough. But that aside, the attitude of a driver was what shocked me (he talked to other passengers, not to me): "do not believe the idiots who promised you, when you read that the arrival is 05:30 you should be clever enough to know that in fact that would be 15:30 if you are lucky" and all that

To clarify the data regarding this situation and the driver directly, please tell us the date of your trip.

We understand your frustration - the situation is really unpleasant, especially when you calculated the time with a margin. The driver's behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, and we sincerely apologize for this experience. Хочемо зазначити, що в той день на рейсі курсували автобуси стандарту Євро-5 та Євро-6, які обладнані розетками для зарядки та мають доступ до інтернету на території Польщі. Також під час поїздки водії регулярно здійснюють санітарні зупинки, тому пасажири мають можливість скористатися туалетом.

Нам шкода, що у вашої мами склалося інше враження — обов’язково врахуємо ваш відгук і додатково перевіримо ситуацію. Дякуємо, що допомагаєте нам ставати кращими.
