No power supply in the bus.
The scheduled arrival was set to 05:30 but when the bus arrived to the Ukrainian border the driver said "there is no chance it was set to this, we will never make it, do not believe the idiots who promise you stuff" and suggested I go to another bus (further in a queue) and offer them money to take me in

The road is an unpredictable process, and various delays may occur during the trip, in particular at the border, due to traffic or other circumstances beyond the control of the carrier.
That is why we recommend booking tickets with a certain margin of time to take into account possible delays on the way.
I was kinda sure that 3 hours margin for a 6 hours trip (that is 50%) should be enough. But that aside, the attitude of a driver was what shocked me (he talked to other passengers, not to me): "do not believe the idiots who promised you, when you read that the arrival is 05:30 you should be clever enough to know that in fact that would be 15:30 if you are lucky" and all that

On March 17, 2026, my mother took this bus from Warsaw. And she was very dissatisfied. There was no toilet on the bus, or it was clogged, there was no Wi-Fi, and there was no way to charge your phone. I am writing this review only so that you can become better.

Хочемо зазначити, що в той день на рейсі курсували автобуси стандарту Євро-5 та Євро-6, які обладнані розетками для зарядки та мають доступ до інтернету на території Польщі. Також під час поїздки водії регулярно здійснюють санітарні зупинки, тому пасажири мають можливість скористатися туалетом.
