Carrier reviews P-Trans

Thank you for your review and for your positive feedback regarding the bus and our drivers. At the same time, we sincerely sympathize with the situation you experienced due to the delay, which led to missing your flight.

The situation at border checkpoints currently remains highly unpredictable, and border control processing times can change daily, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate your suggestion regarding passenger notification during booking and will certainly take it into account to further emphasize potential schedule deviations when planning connecting flights.

We hope that despite this unfortunate incident, you will give us an opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that overall your journey was pleasant and our drivers were helpful. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of charging sockets and outdated USB ports. We will take your comments into account for future improvements.

Best regards,

P-Trans

We apologize for the inconvenience. There may indeed have been a temporary issue with the Wi-Fi due to technical reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your feedback.

We would like to note that on our website, in our social networks and on the hotline we always indicate that the arrival time is approximate. The road is an unpredictable process, and various delays may occur during the trip, in particular at the border, due to traffic or other circumstances beyond the control of the carrier.

That is why we recommend booking tickets with a certain margin of time to take into account possible delays on the way.

I was kinda sure that 3 hours margin for a 6 hours trip (that is 50%) should be enough. But that aside, the attitude of a driver was what shocked me (he talked to other passengers, not to me): "do not believe the idiots who promised you, when you read that the arrival is 05:30 you should be clever enough to know that in fact that would be 15:30 if you are lucky" and all that

To clarify the data regarding this situation and the driver directly, please tell us the date of your trip.

We understand your frustration - the situation is really unpleasant, especially when you calculated the time with a margin. The driver's behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, and we sincerely apologize for this experience. We will definitely pay attention to this case and make every effort to ensure that similar situations do not happen again.
