The bus service guys are good. They helped me out as a foreigner since I didn't understand the language. I want to thank them. My complaints was the bus station in dnipro and kiev were difficult for a foreigner. In Dnipro there was no information on which platform the bus will be. I had to have someone ask for it on my behalf. I wish infobus has platform information on all buses. None of the buses matches the pictures on infobus. In kiev, my bus had a bus transfer which was not listed on infobus. Since I didn't know the language, people couldn't help me. I was kept being pointed to the next buses on the platforms until the woman on the 3rd bus platform gave me the nastiest look which read as "piss off". Yes, she is a bus staff from another bus. I was lucky to find the prior bus attendant and he walked me to my next bus. I truly want to thank him for his kind gesture. The first bus had a weak air-conditioning so the whole 10 hour ride was like on a sauna. The weather was hot 36C. The delays at the border of Ukraine and Poland took 9 to 10 hours. The bus arrived late to my destination. I don't blame the bus crew but I wish infobus provide a better estimate. It seemed like every bus took an hour or more at each check. Unfortunately, I missed my next leg of my travel due to the extreme delays at the border. My planned arrival was 5:30 am but the bus arrived around 11:00 am

Perfect trip, very fast and safe, considering everything. The drivers vere extremely knowledgeable about the boarder crossing, very polite and attentive to passengers. They very driving in a fast but safe manner.
