The driver was very rude - he snatched my passport from my hands, despite the fact that I asked him to look at it from my hands, but at the same time he behaved impolitely, as if he was trying to steal my passport, although I am a citizen of another country, and he had no right to touch it, much less snatch it from my hands!!! I had one medium-sized backpack, one small, and one small bag, but the driver wouldn't let me put the backpack and small bag in the trunk, saying there was only room for one bag! I'm very upset with the trip and the rude treatment from the staff!
