The trip was quite uncomfortable. The bus was shaking badly in the back seats, especially until around Suwałki, and the winding route made the journey even harder. It was also very stuffy inside, with not enough ventilation. Another major downside was the toilet — the smell was extremely unpleasant and noticeable throughout the bus. One additional point that is probably more about the previous passengers than the service itself: the floor had been covered with something sweet and sticky, so our shoes were literally sticking to it. There was also rubbish left on the floor — cigarettes, loose tobacco, and small pieces of paper.

There was no water in the toilet, the smell was terrible. Every time I visited, the whole bus could smell it.

RegioJet Better than Flixbus, I've seen this for myself more than once 😄

The bus driver didn't give any information about the stop and I almost got off the bus. The bus drove away and thanks to a neighbor who noticed I wasn't there, it stopped.
