Bus eas comfy, but everytime I get to go from Vilnius to Riga and the bus is a transit from Berlin it is dirty, smells like pee and is disgusting.

Der Busfahrer war sehr unfreundlich, hat nicht einmal gegrüßt und war sehr grob. Die Haltestelle war überhaupt nicht beschildert — keine Wegweiser oder Hinweise, sodass man sie kaum finden konnte. Zudem befindet sich die Toilette nach dem Halt in einem furchtbaren Zustand. Vor Ort gibt es lediglich eine kleine, stinkende Bank unter einem winzigen Vordach, das kaum Platz für eine Person bietet. Sehr enttäuschend.

The last 4 times I have travelled with Flixbus the toilet hasn't been working. I have been informed that it's 'company policy' not to allow passengers to use it!!!! This is, quite frankly, disgraceful when you're on a 3/4 hour journey. Yes, they have from time to time stops, but in the year 2026 to expect passengers to 'hold it' for up to 2 hours is a sad reflection on the company. Otherwise, the bus as a means of transport is comfortable.

The bus was clean, but the toilet wasn't working.

Pleasant impressions of the trip. The driver was attentive, the bus was clean, the toilet worked.
