The bus was good, but, for some reason, toilets were closed, and passengers had to wait for so-called sanitary stop to go to the outside toilet. In-bus Wi-fi quality leaves much to be desired.

Friendly and pleasant drivers, no complaints to the driving style.
But. There was no toilet paper, no soap and no water in the sink.
Thank god there was water to flush the toilet with!
The rest should be fixed - it’s essentials.

Kremenchuk - Warsaw is a long way. I wonder what is the use of a toilet on board of the bus when it's not allowed to use it ? It was advertised there was a toilet on board, so that is pretty misleading.
