    Maybe I expected more empathy from the drivers to the person who was running to take a bus and felt down on the way, so came 1 minute before the departure all dirty and totally exhausted (I am talking about me now).

    I don't know if is that possible, but I think it would be great to provide possibility to the passengers to contact drivers in case of emergency.
