Overall, the bus was convenient and the best part was that AC worked. There were few detractions, mainly the WC was out of order (the bus made frequent stops, so that mitigated the issue), no electrical sockets where we sat, and the internet was spotty and available only in Poland, not in Ukraine.
The staff were fine, I mean it is not Japan or the US where reps go above and beyond to help you. So keep your expectations low and you will be ok.

First of all it was the worst trip ı have ever had.The most important problem was there was a wc on the bus but it was full of bagages and dirty.There was no internet and no socket and nobody sits in their places in the bus. Also the person who is responsible in the bus was so rude.He even said something to us in his language and everbody laughed and ı dont know what he said.I hope you fix this problems but unfourtunality ı dont plan to use infobus anymore.Thanks for everyhing.
