    Service was very good, drivers excellent, highly qualified, very customer-oriented, helpful and polite. Thank you!

    On the negative side, just for information, apparently out of control: queues on the border, requirement to leave the bus and go through security check on the Polish border, it is problematic for elderly people, especially if comes unexpected.

    Jizdenku muj slepy otec mel na Zelivskeho, na Florenci vsem rekli, ze je konecna, dal nejedou. Ja jsem cekala na Zelivskeho. Komunikace na infoRega byla priserna, bylo me vynadano, ze neznam cislo autobusu. Veskery zmatek dela personal. Hvezdicky za pohodli v autobuse a za rozumne zastavovani.
