●Transportation of pets is prohibited even if you have all the necessary documents. A passenger with a pet will not be allowed to board the bus without a refund of the ticket.
●The passenger is obliged to arrive at the place of departure no later than 30 minutes before the bus departure and check in with the staff.
●Changing the date of the trip is possible for an additional fee of 10 EUR, which is paid to the driver, provided that there are more than 24 hours left before departure.

●The toilet on the bus is closed at sub-zero temperatures.

●Child ticket (0-5 years old): baggage up to 10 kg.
●Each additional kilogram costs 1 EUR.
●Bicycles can be transported only when fully unfolded, if there is free space in the luggage compartment. An additional fee of 30 EUR is required for a bicycle.
