I traveled from Istanbul to Sofia, the driver did not know any language except than turkish and he was so unrespectful. My boyfriend asked him for help (in turkish) because my seat number was missing on my ticket and he replied so bad saying he is so busy and had a lot work. When I asked again (in english) a bit time later, he did not even looked at me and ofc, he did not helped on any of that. Finally another driver said me my seat number, he had a paper with all seat + passenger name. This other driver was nice, a normal person.
It is not about language barrier, it is about education (specially my bf spoke to him in turkish...)
Also they gave a little juice and little cake in bus, it was nice.

Left 10 minutes earlier in Thessaloniki , if one of the passenger didn’t help the driver to explain that we were still waiting for the bus in the station, we would wait another bus 10 hours.

Very poor service. The driver doesn't know any language, except Bulgarian. The bus had only one power strip (with 7 sockets), which wasn't enough for arround 40 people on board. At least there is wi-fi, but you have to ask the driver for password for it, and if you don't know Bulgarian, it's quite a difficult task. And when you finally get the password, the internet might not work on your device. And the last one, ask the driver if you are going to have a transfer, 'cause if you are ordering the ticket online, it may state that you won't have any transfers, when in reality, you will

I asked a receipt for this trip, but i didn't get it. i booked it online and paid in advance but i needed a document for closing a business trip. Also we arrived later than planned for 1.5 hours....

No Wi-Fi, started later and arrived 1 hour later. There was an extra unscheduled transfer. However the bus was clean and the personnel was helpful.

Don't trust in arrival time, add 2 hours
Lots of unneeded stops for 30 mins, one of them on the former bg-gr border, late depart, I barely lost my flight, no WiFi, no chargers, costs much for that trip
