INFOBUS year in review
Friends, another year is behind us, so we want to share with you how it went for INFOBUS. Needless to say, 2024 was full of challenges, hard work and finding solutions. That's why we are even more proud of our achievements. And it is thanks to your support that we are moving forward and becoming better. This year is another page in the history of INFOBUS, and we are glad that you are writing it with us.
1. Our iOS and Android app has been installed 350,000 times
Imagine this - our iOS and Android app was downloaded 350,000 times in one year! This is great because it means that more and more people appreciate the convenience of buying tickets online, right from their smartphones. And we will continue to work on making the app even more intuitive and functional.
2. We delivered over 700 parcels
The INFOBUS service not only helps people travel, but also makes sure that important items reach their recipients. This year we have sent over 700 parcels to different parts of the world. It may seem like a small number, but behind each parcel there is an interesting story.
3. We awarded bonuses to 1500 INFOBUS customers for a total of 5 thousand euros
This year, 1500 INFOBUS users received bonuses totalling 5,000 euros. Isn't this the best way to say ‘thank you’ for being with us?
4. Tickets for 4,000 different routes covering 500,000 intervals are now available on our platform.
This means that you can find the best option for travelling almost anywhere and at any time.
5. More than 1000 trusted carriers cooperate with us
INFOBUS works with more than 1000 carriers, providing a wide range of options for every customer. So you will always find a route that suits your needs.
6. Call centre operators received 268,047 calls
Our call centre worked like clockwork this year! Just imagine, our operators received 268,047 calls! It's as if every resident of a small town called us at least once. But we are proud to be able to help.
7. Support staff processed more than 204,465 calls
The INFOBUS support team did not sleep either! And over the year, it processed more than 204,465 requests. These are real heroes who are always ready to help, regardless of the complexity of the situation.
But we are not going to rest on our laurels. In 2025, we plan to expand the geography of our routes and introduce new technologies to make travelling with INFOBUS even more convenient, comfortable and enjoyable.
