I purchased a ticket with seat #4. I tried to talk to the driver before boarding the bus, but he turned back to me and walked away. I am boarding the bus and sitting on my sit. The driver asked me why I was sitting on this sit and I showed him my ticket. They threatened to cancel my ticket, and I should purchase the new one. They were very rude and forced me to go to the new sit explaining that the bus was changed and my ticket is not valid. I got email with the tag of the bus but nothing that my sit was changed. Your employee should better treat your customers.

First driver was very unprofessional and rude. Beyond rasing his voice at those asking questions, he even continually threw trash on the ground. Truly a gross human being. The picture is of the horrible driver, and an example of the trash he threw on the ground. Notice the trash can so close by? Lazy. He would do well to receive basic training on handling customers. The second driver, however, treated people with respect. He would answer questions and was helpful.

Bus got stuck on Ukrainian side with closure of border. No helpful suggestions from driver. Ended up walking across and paying large amount to Moldovan taxi driver to make it to the airport. Also first bus Chisnau to Odessa had crash on the way. Long delays

The bus left whenever i was with customs,its only takes 2 minutes whenever i left i saw the bus is left, My belongings were in bus, I am going to file a report to police
