I got to my bus, the driver saw that I was Jewish and immediately didn't let me get on. I contacted the company, they talked to the driver, but immediately after that they just said you can't get on the bus
After that I contacted the company to get the money back and the response I received was extremely shocking
Taras: The carrier reported that you violated the rules of behavior on the bus itself, when you entered the bus, you opened canned fish that smelled unpleasantly on the entire bus. In this way, other passengers were dissatisfied. Therefore, you were denied boarding on the bus and a refund is not possible.
The ticket also states: "The trip organizer can refuse the passenger to board the bus if he or she is drunk, has drug intoxication, is in dirty clothes or in condition threatening the trip for other passengers. In this case the ticket refund is not possible".

After your feedback, we contacted the carrier again to clarify all the details. The carrier informed us that you were not taken on the bus at all because of your nationality, but for the reasons previously mentioned by our operator. However, since you did not take advantage of the trip, the carrier agreed to a full refund.
On our part, the ticket was canceled, and the funds are automatically returned to the card from which you made the payment. The time for crediting funds depends on the bank's work and usually takes from 15 minutes to 3 days.
We wish you only positive purchases and trips in the future.
În microbuz a fost curat și confortabil, muzica placuta, șofer amabil s-a condus destul de atent pentru mine ii cel mai important siguranță la drum.
La întoarcere momentul organizatoric a fost foarte bun, am fost sunata din timp de dispecerat mi s-a explicat și chiar am fost condusa de dispecerat pina la locul așteptării a microbuzului.
