I was traveling from Chisinau to Vinnytsia and it was a good ride. Clean bus, good drivers. Special thanks to admin/support person who was responding at night and helping navigate to the bus.

It is unfortunate that toilet is not working in the bus, however, we made a couple stops for that.

It eas a nice trip with a modern coach. Even the toilet was permanently closed. But we made enough sops during the ride. The staff was nice, but they did not care abou the luggage. It was no help offered at least to elder or disabled people.

Driver is really good - skilled not only in driving, but also in communicating passengers. The bus is also very comfortable, pretty new, going quietly and softly.

As to price - taking into attention current situation with fuel prices around the world, it’s decent and worth it.

So rude . I have to wait on border for clearance the driver is on my head . Asked we can not wait for you whole day. Do first . What is going on. So much rude behavior

The drivers are extremely arrogant. They lie to your face, provide false information about the route, and treat people like fools.

There is absolutely no help with luggage. Moreover, the drivers might scream at you for putting your bags in the wrong compartment and force you to move them yourself. Any question you ask is met with a condescending tone, as if you are an idiot.

Furthermore, when passengers asked to use the restroom, the drivers responded with sharp prohibitions and raised their voices. Please take into account that not everyone can wait for long without a toilet; drivers should be more accommodating, at least for those who truly cannot wait!

Although the bus itself was comfortable, the drivers' behavior was simply unacceptable. I will try my best not to use this service again.
