Every time I use galbas odesa-chisinaw Good service No problems at the border

Good as always.

It was hot all the way of the trip - all 12 hours like in sauna!

Driver just not used AC from the beginning or on it time by time . We told that it’s hot and we need AC several times ! AC it’s a basic and if driver not using it when it’s 35C for what we Paid this money?

Wi-Fi was not working together with toilet.

Why you mentioned that you have all this facilities if we can’t use it ?

One more time for what we paid this if we didn’t receive the facilities which was promised?

The ride was good but before the border check point the driver decided to stop next to a cafe, telling everybody to go to the toilet. Because there was only one toilet it took forever for everybody to use it. The driver enjoyed his cofee, the cafe had customers and me and my family missed a connecting bus.

Un viaggio perfetto, l’autobus dotato di tutti i comfort: Wi-Fi a bordo, le prese per caricare il cellulare, controlli alla dogana superati nei tempi brevi. Direi tutto perfetto!

I took the bus from Odesa to Chisinau yesterday. The bus left Odesa on time at 7:00 am and arrived late, not due to the fault of the driver, but the border crossing which was experiencing long delays. The driver kept us updated with news of progress. The bus was clean and well maintained.

Have good experience with this carrier, they try the best to have a safe journey even though the rain was too heavy. Plus the driver and assistant very helpful. Thanks. Plus, wifi using Starlink and there are usb port for charging.

Disappointed by seat arrangement. Seats 63 and 64 (the last row in the back of the 2nd floor) were completely uncomfortable. I spent 12 hours crammed into a bus with almost no legroom and got off with my legs so swollen that I couldn't get my shoes back on.

Some of the air conditioning vents weren't working, and it was over 35°C outside the bus.
