Driver was very friendly

The trip was long and very cold!!! The drivers were very rude and swore constantly throughout the entire trip. They did not respond to passengers' requests to close the doors at stops because of the terrible cold inside the bus.

Поездка получилась долгой и очень холодной!!! Водителя были очень грубыми и постоянно матерились на протяжении всей поездки. На просьбу пассажиров закрыть двери на остановках из-за жуткого холода в салоне никак не реагировали.

Călătoria a fost lungă și foarte rece!!! Șoferii au fost foarte nepoliticoși și au înjurat constant pe tot parcursul călătoriei. La rugămintea pasagerilor de a închide ușile la stații din cauza frigului îngrozitor din salon, nu au reacționat deloc.

The driver was not rude, but he was not very courteous

Otherwise, the trip left a pleasant impression. The bus was comfortable, and the interior was warm and cosy

All good. I am satisfied with service and drivers are polite.

Hello Sir/Madam

My Ticket Number (Kisinev-Odesa): 13240051, (Odesa-Mikolaiv): 13240052.

Upon arriving in Odesa from Kisinev just before, unfortunately, the bus driver did not stop at Kolontaivska bus station …

Instead, the driver stopped on a side street … By the time I had realised this, the bus driver proceeded to drive towards Odesa Train Station.

Immediately I went to the front of the bus, very politely requesting that the driver stop.

Unfortunately the driver became frustrated & yelled at me to sit down … Fellow passengers asked the driver to stop on my behalf, because they realised that I only speak English, but the bus driver became angry & proceeded to drive to the Train Station.

Fortunately, passengers who witnessed the event ushered me to a much smaller bus from Odesa-Mikolaiv.

But before the fellow passengers assisted me, I pleaded with the driver, & his colleague, to help me.

la guida dell'autista è troppo spericolata, ha fatto sorpassi in zone striscia continua e prossimità di curve.

La partenza non era nella piattaforma stabilita ed il pulmino era stracolmo di persone (però ognuno al suo posto)

Siamo arrivati con 45 min di anticipo e magari una sosta in un area picninc poteva essere gradita.
