I liked the trip, the bus was very comfortable. The drivers helped with the bags all the time. Thank you!

The direct ticket Wrocław-Minsk costs twice as much as separate tickets Wroclaw-Warsaw, Warsaw-Minsk. There were no sockets for each row of chairs, only some sockets in the front of the bus and in the middle. God knows how it was supposed to charge a phone, if I didn't want to leave it unattended far away from my seat. The only reason for me to choose this route is that the bus is direct without a change in Warsaw.

The trip was awful! The driver blocked the front seats for some his people. Also, the trip from Minsk to Wrocław was 24h and he didn’t do any sanitary stops, additionally there was no guidance during the check at customs.

I was scared to miss it or to get a problem but actually everything went good so im happy

The driver was very nice man but we waited outside in a cold weather over an hour, the driver was nice though.

The trip was as worst as it could be.

First of all, the toilet in the bus not only didn't have a toilet paper(i would assume it is luxury in this bus) but it was Disgusting that much (dirty, smelly, greasy) that i used my own napkin to push the bottom to flows.

Secondly, bus was late to Zhytomyr which is the first stop after Kiev and the bus of on other company on the same road was earlier its schedule on half an hour.

Thirdly, after leaving Zhytomyr we stopped for no reason on highway for 20 minutes. All passengers were seated on second floor when first one was fully available.

Thirdly, on roads rules was stayed that delay can be caused by traffic or construction. We spent 2,5 hours waiting in Rivne (who's previous bus got lost, which is obviously none of MINE concern and i Already mention that in complain to the provider i bought ticket from).

At last, the drivers' answer to the question "Where we gonna be at this or that bus stop(such as Lublin, Warsaw)?" was : "When we get there".

We had unnecessary stops on our way such as 15-20 minutes long each when we already have been hours and hours behind the schedule.

I would suggest to ALL travelers DO NOT take this provider! There are many others(and i used some of them before but this time schedule of this bus showed the shortest travel time)

If i could rate less then one star, I would!!!
