I'm recommending you to avoid this transportation company. The driver of the international route doesn't speak English (sic!). Even more - he was extremely unpolite with custumers.

It was a good trip, with air conditioning and comfortable chairs.
Everything was fine. No complain. The travelling was conducted in acc with schedule.
It seems to me that bus drivers in UA are by default quite rude, and this one was no exception. I have been working as a bus driver myself, and the kind of attitude these guys show is unacceptable, I think. The bus was quite old but was clean, and had comfortable seats.
Driver was driving too fast at times. That was not safe, keeping in mind zig-zag road and night time.
Everything else was ok.
Good transfer company
Everything went well; on time departure and arrival. Plenty of space between the chairs; even for me with my lengte of over 1.90m. No WiFi on the bus.
No wi-fi on board, too hot in the bus, driver switched on aircon only when requested to do so. All other things satisfactory
Bus on time and the ride was comfortable. I will use then again in future.

As you can see, the company staff is extremely toxic, passive aggressive and simply doesn't know how to behave politely and in civilized manner. The worst customer's servise you could possible have. Strictly to avoid!

Dear potential passengers and site administration, please pay attention to how this company communicates with customers and in what rude manner it allows itself to communicate. Simply the worst service you can get. They will deny any objective shortcomings in their work and will aggressively attack you for your own money.
