  • I was disappointed with my experience. I was assigned seat 15D, but when I boarded the bus, I discovered that this seat did not exist at all. There was no seat 15D on the bus. Because of this, I had to change seats twice during the journey. The driver asked me to sit in seats that had already been reserved by other passengers, so each time I had to move again when the rightful passengers arrived. This was very inconvenient and made the trip unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable.
