  • The trip didn't take place. The designated pickup location had two stops, one on each side of the road. I didn't know which one to wait at. The bus ended up on the wrong side of the road. Therefore, I didn't board the bus. I had to urgently buy a ticket for another bus. Please refund me for the unused ride. Have a nice day!
