It’s horrible , don’t recommend this . The toilet was out of use, I have to use the one on the bus station, and the bus driver said I have only 10 min but bus was so far from the bus station I had to run what embarrassing it was. And after he stopped for his colleague near the free toilet, what the point???also the driver was talking on the phone using earphones but it wasn’t looking safe. I don’t like this ride.

I am absolutely amazed by the professionalism of the bus driver. He was so friendly and attentive, he resolved all my inquiries. His positivity and resolution speed and quality has made my trip unforgettable and comfortable

There were some negative points:

When buying the ticket, I didn’t have the option to choose seats. The driver checked our ticket on site and said we could sit in certain seats, but after some time people came who had tickets specifically for those seats, so we had to move. The same situation happened with other seats as well. We contacted the driver, but he couldn’t explain anything to us.

The driver tried to explain something to us only in POLISH.

It’s impossible to sit comfortably near the window because the heater gets extremely hot.
