The vehicle, a Mercedes minibus for about 20 people, is in poor condition. It was an extremely uncomfortable ride. • The seats we had at the back had no springing or support • The suspension of the minibus was shot, that is to say completely finished, and needed replacing • As a result of the exhausted suspension, the back axle could not absorb the bad road surface in Odesa city or Moldova (Causeni–Chisinau) and it was like sitting on an iron bar. In short – the driver was quick and efficient, espeacially at the Planaca border, but this was the most uncomfortable ride I have had in 5 years. I won’t use SVS again if I can avoid it.

Călătorie confortabilă și fără primejdiii. Apreciez faptul că nu ați inclus muzică sau filme. Prefer să călătoresc în liniște.

Really good service.

The ride was overall OK. However, I am very annoyed because the bus left more than 7 minutes prior to its scheduled departure and left me behind. It should have started driving at the appointed time, not before.
