The bus station in Chisinau had a bay dedicated to the buses going to Iasi and was well labeled with the schedule of departing buses. The drive went well and the driver did a good job getting through customs leaving Moldova and entering Romania. The bus was large and comfortable. I don't know if it had WiFi because I didn't check but it may have had it. We were a bit delayed arriving at our destination due to a minor car accident but the damage was cosmetic to the bus and the driver handled everything really well with the other driver.
The bus station in Iasi did not have the bus schedule listed for this bus company on any of the boards. It was difficult to determine if you were in the right place. Eventually the van arrived and had the sign on the front windshield that it was going to Chisinau. The driver did a good job manuevering the van through traffic and customs leaving Romania and entering Moldova. The driver also did a good job picking up and dropping off riders along the path. The vehicle did not have WiFi and it would have been helpful if it did. The van was on the smaller side and not very comfortable but the air conditioning worked well.
