The bus was on time and easy to find at the indicated platform number in Kaunas. The minibus was a little old and looked shady but for me this was expected since I knew it is a Ukrainian company. So for Ukrainian standards the bus was more then okay. The driver looked well rested and even knew my name before entering. Bring earplugs and a hoody as a blanket and to block traffic lights. Also expect a wait of a couple hours at the EU-Ukrainian border. Since you don't have to leave the bus do continue to sleep! Enjoy the ride! =)

we couldnt even find the bus, no platform number no nothing... this is the most basic thing, go figure...
