It was horrible! The driver dropped us all off, with our luggage, about 30 km short of Belgrade, somewhere in the suburbs at a bus stop, and told us to make our own way into the city by public transport. It was 5 a.m.! I’ll never use this service again. 🫪

The bathroom was closed. 🥴

The bus never came. We had to spend 170€ for taxis to get to Kavala. We are upset. How can you ask me about my travel since you know exactly that your bus never left from Blagoevgrad. By the way, we were looking for a flixbus. Nobody informed us that it would be city liners. We already asked for refund plus the reimbursement of the taxi fee.

This was my first experience with public transport in Bulgaria. I liked everything. The bus departed and arrived on schedule. The power outlets worked, they gave water at the entrance to the bus. No complaints

Punctual, easy and safe and good prices. They will also call you and rearrange your trip if there is anything wrong with the schedule. The specific trip is without stops unless there is someone with urgency. This company stops at the Railway station of Plovdiv not at the bus station, so have this in mind if someone will pick you up.

Il servizio è stato assolutamente puntuale. Il veicolo era anche molto comodo e spazioso, unica pecca: prese che non funzionavano.
