1. Just follow the link in Telegram /WhatsApp/Viber/ Messenger or enter @INFOBUS_HELP_LINEbot in the search box. Then click on the box to enter text and click "start". Let's look at the algorithm of actions on the example of Telegram

5. Select, your request. Here you can contact the manager, who will answer any questions in the online form and find answers to the most common ones. If your goal is a ticket, then click on "Book a ticket" accordingly
