In the first half of the way from Dnipro to Odessa the bus had some problems with the AC and on the back rows was very cold, as cold air from outside was entering through the AC. Second problem was that in the itinerary it was not mentioned that we had to switch bus and wait 1hr in Odessa. From Odessa we had a very old bus. The weather was bad (snowing), but we didn’t wait long on the customs and we arrived almost 2hrs late in Varna. The drivers were nice.

Все дуже сподобалось, хороші водії та умови перевезення, wifi на території України та Румунії. USB порти для кожного сидіння, та один перехідник з декількома розетками посеред автобусу.
Єдине чого дуже бракувало - це засобів гігієни. Серветки та бумага були відсутні у туалеті.
I really liked everything, good drivers and transportation conditions, wifi in Ukraine and Romania. USB ports for each seat, and one adapter with several sockets in the middle of the bus.
The only thing that was really missing was hygiene products. Napkins and paper were missing in the toilet.

The bus didn't show up on the route from Veliko Tarnovo to Bucharest or march 09. I called the call center at 22:30 when the bus was already a half an hour late and they said it will be there in a few minutes. After waiting another half hour I called back and they said the bus was there and already left, which was not true and I can prove it with video footage from survailance cameras.
They said they would send me an email investigating what happened, which they never did.
We were left in the middle of the highway, close to midnight, with no way to get back in our home country.
Both me and my girlfriend missed work because we couldn't get back to Bucharest.
I had to pay a taxi, look for a hotel, and stay another night in Bulgaria because of them, which caused me to waste time and money. The second day, we had to pay for another bus and train to get back home.
They sent an sms on March 10 at 17:30 pm, asking to contact the agency for a refund when I never requested a refund. They showed zero interest in solving this problem.

We were at tle location an 22:10 pm. At 22:30 we called the call center. If the bus had departed 10 minutes earlier, it should have left when we were on the call with you, which did not happen. We can prove it with the footage from surveillance cameras. Lying to your customers is disrespectful and we will be taking legal action against you for this.

Let us clarify a few things. INFOBUS is an online ticket sales system. Meaning that our website contains routes of various carriers, according to the prices set by them. Our service is not a carrier and did not sell you a ticket directly.
Since you contacted our Help line customer service and we can see your order in our data base, our operators helped you to find out the information about the bus.
In the process of clarifying the information, the carrier told us that the bus had departed. Realizing that you would not be able to use the trip, we also provided you with assistance with a refund.
