Very cramped bus, very hot, no legroom and screaming drivers. Typical Ukrainian bus experience unfortunaly :( but the only option when the significantly cheaper trains are sold out. My advice: take the train when you can!

I couldn't find the shuttle bus stop, and I missed the ticket. I had to buy another ticket, and even there the location of the bus and the stop wasn't clear, and I missed the second ticket too! I finally had to buy a third ticket, And I received no refund or almost no response to the issue from the company. Very disappointing even though I am a regular customer. I probably won't order through them next time.

We have checked the information for your bookings and can confirm that the exact departure address, as well as the carrier’s and our support service’s contact details, were indicated in the tickets - you can always contact us for clarification or assistance.
According to the refund policy, compensation is unfortunately not possible, as the trips took place and no inquiries from you were recorded on the day of departure.

לא מצאתי את תחנת הדלק הזו חיכיתי הרבה זמן בתחנת דלק אחרת וחשבתי בהתחלה שיש עיכוב עד שמישהו אחר אמר לי שכנראה זה במקום אחר והוא לקח אותי לתחנה הנכונה אבל אכפת לי שהנהג לא התקשר אלי ולכן נאלצתי לחכות עד מאוחר ולקנות כרטיס אחר ביותר יקר
