Unfriendly drivers, locked WC

Horriblem, no air conditioning, old dusty soviet bus.

For 9 hours trip its imposible to handle.

If you have a chance to choose other company, you shoud choose another option than this.

It was the worst bus journey I ever made. I was waiting at the pickup point till 2:30 am, though 10:30 pm was the departure time. No communication from the bus staff and no one attend the phone. After the bus arrived by 2:30 am, I found that the bus was too hot and humid, because the a/c didn't work. From Bucharest to Sofia, it was and hell. No apology for delay and broken a/c. Please don't select this bus... Staff were adamant and unkind.

Everything is quite OK, But 11 hour for border crossing - it's too much. Meybe it would be better to choose another border checkpoint next time?

It was the worst experience I have ever had. They take your money, and you’re not on the list. So they leave you in the street. Would nit recommend

Me and my dear friend Salem Shawesh went on what we thought was an amazing trip, but it all changed when our driver racially discriminated him and send to back to your country! He said all this in Ukranian, cause didnt speak english

It was a nice trip

No one was reachable at the numbers provided and there was no clear indication where the bus left, so I wasn't able to take it and ended up having to book a different bus and pay for another ticket.
