Great service, on time and safe. For other rides we suggest more precious information about the point of depart, how you manage the free platforms and the external image of the bus, to feel more sure about it.

Unfortunately the bus was 2h late and thi was not the best, we arrived very late Inside the bus the smell was unbearable

There was a bad smell in the bus and crackers scattered on the floor. The air conditioner broke on the road (with 30 degrees outside). The company changed the bus after some time, but the air conditioner in the new bus didn't work good as well. The drivers were friendly and helpful

Bus from Constanta to Varna was 1:45h late, in 3h Varna. Rude servise. In bus bad smell,

Bus was supposed to depart at 19:10 from Constanca. It came at 21:20h no information from the bus company. All waiting people tried to contact the bus company to find information. Contact phone numbers are not operating. Bus is old uncomfortable. Driver was very nice.
