    I couldn't find the shuttle bus stop, and I missed the ticket. I had to buy another ticket, and even there the location of the bus and the stop wasn't clear, and I missed the second ticket too! I finally had to buy a third ticket, And I received no refund or almost no response to the issue from the company. Very disappointing even though I am a regular customer. I probably won't order through them next time.

    לא מצאתי את תחנת הדלק הזו חיכיתי הרבה זמן בתחנת דלק אחרת וחשבתי בהתחלה שיש עיכוב עד שמישהו אחר אמר לי שכנראה זה במקום אחר והוא לקח אותי לתחנה הנכונה אבל אכפת לי שהנהג לא התקשר אלי ולכן נאלצתי לחכות עד מאוחר ולקנות כרטיס אחר ביותר יקר

    At 2300 we were still stuck, we had to go down to cross the border on foot

    Taking a taxi for $600 to get to the flight at 500 in the morning

    Besides - the bus was not as new as it looks in the pictures
