    I bought ticket, bus didn't come. No refund yet (6days)Haven't seen vehicle, no staff no quality. Carrier didn't answer the phone. Infobus say will contact carrier but don't take responsibility. No.

    We see that you have already contacted us about this situation. We sent a request to the carrier to provide an explanation and confirm the possibility of a refund.

    The carrier informed us that the flight took place and there were passengers who took advantage of the trip. The carrier also confirmed the refund. Your ticket has been canceled and the funds have been returned to the card used to make the payment.

    Please note that the crediting period depends on the bank's work and usually takes from 15 minutes to 3 business days.

    Could you please clarify which passenger rights or legal regulations apply in such cases, and whether they include reimbursement of additional expenses like accommodation?

    We see that you have contacted us with a request for compensation for hotel expenses due to a flight delay from Budapest to Kyiv.

    The carrier has considered your request. However, given the fact that the flight took place and the passengers traveling from Budapest were able to use the trip, the carrier refused to reimburse additional accommodation costs.

    According to the rules, compensation can only be provided in the event of a flight cancellation.
