We see that you have already contacted us about this situation. We sent a request to the carrier to provide an explanation and confirm the possibility of a refund.
The carrier informed us that the flight took place and there were passengers who took advantage of the trip. The carrier also confirmed the refund. Your ticket has been canceled and the funds have been returned to the card used to make the payment.
Please note that the crediting period depends on the bank's work and usually takes from 15 minutes to 3 business days.
