Overall was okay experience. I was my first time took the bus and the admin staff was helpful and responsive. The only confusing was that at the bus station the people worked there told me that the station was not for your bus and that bus driver would drive by and stopped and pickup passenger. This was not communicated to me so I was confused and stressed out. I was concerned that the bus would not come since I was the only person waited for this bus. Also I wish that you had earlier hours pickup than 22:40. Thank you.

Waited 30mins. without notification, and after finally finding a customer service agent, they notified me that they'll be 30 mins late.. my schedule was at 10.15 pm, bus arrived at midnight..
Co driver had an ass attitude as well.
At least there was space in the bus, but with this service, I only can imagine why.
I suggest to contact their Cc and ask where they are and get yourself some drinks and food and wait patiently.

Hi, how can I rate a bus, which was two hours late and didn’t pick me up? I tried to contact LIKEBUS, but they didn’t answer. I even bought a ticket from them, but only received an email saying that I had paid, but never got a ticket. Than I bought a ticket from INFOBUS, which was smooth and professional, but if the driver just drive away without looking for passengers, then I can only call them UNLIKEBUS.

Călătoria mea de la Burgas la Constanța a fost super okay, chiar dacă am plecat cu ceva întârziere, am recuperat pe drum și am ajuns la destinație exact la ora indicată, 19.30.
Autocarul a fost destul de confortabil iar șoferii receptivi la solicitările clienților, per total un raport bun calitate - preț.
