One of the drivers was drunk. I waited for the late bus over 3 hours. In addition, the bus had a broken wheel and in my opinion it was not suitable for riding.

I don't recommend.

First of all, there is no bus stop so you have to find Ukrainian people and ask them where should you wait. second, secound the bus was late more than an hour.

バスストップはないのでウクライナ人を探して聞くしかないと思います。基本英語通じないのでグーグル翻訳のオフラインがあるといいかも。ちなみにバスが遅れたらそれもウクライナ人に聞くといいです。

bus had only places 1-48 and I got reservation for 51 and 52 places via infobus...

Connection was canceled

It was pretty good overall except we waited more than SEVEN hours at the border. Of course we came 6 hours and half late in Krakow. Big problem for my correspondance. Not the company fault but it's obviously a big problem.

Overall the trip was alright, the only one thing i can complain on, that the bus was due to arrive to Rzeszow Bus station, where we waiting for it for an hour, but instead it had stopped at the Train station. This time, because we have rang on the drivers phone, to find out where are they , because they were an hour late, they were able to ring us and tell us they are at the train station, otherwise I am wondering if we would be picked up at all, from the the bus station..
