I do not recommend this carrier!
First of all, the bus was 2 hours late, and because of that, the driver tried to make up time — we had very short stops, so not everyone had time to stretch or even use the restroom.
Secondly, and most importantly — I bought tickets to the city of Nitra in Slovakia, but they dropped me off in Bratislava and said, “you can ride with us for another 5 hours, and maybe we’ll take you to Nitra later.”
It was horrible — this is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like that, where they didn’t take me to my final destination!

По-перше, автобус запізнився на 2 години, через це водій намагався надолужити час і на зупинках стояли зовсім недовго — відповідно, не всі встигали розім’ятися чи елементарно сходити до туалету.
По-друге, і це найголовніше — я купувала квитки до міста Нітра в Словаччині, але мене висадили у Братиславі та сказали: можеш ще з нами покататися 5 годин, а потім, можливо, ми тебе завеземо до Нітри.
ЦЕ ЖАХ! Вперше зустрічаю таке, щоб мене не довезли до місця призначення!

tha arrival time as mentioned in the ticket was 9:30
in fact we have arrive 11:30 and therfor i have missed my appointment the all reason of the trip
The journey was comfortable. A bit late departing from Rivne but it was not a major problem as still arrived in Ivano-Frankivsk at a good time

He never picked me up, yet claimed he was there. I was there an hour earlier yet he didn't come, ended up missing my flight and talking another bus, a day later. Just your garden variety corruption I guess. Never using this platform ever again.

Did you call when there was no bus at the contacts indicated on the ticket?
Yes I did he did not pick up, I then asked for a different number as well from the information desk, even ready to take a cab to come meet him at the border control, the receptionist said he had left the border control. Believe I did all I could, came in time and called, as I had planned my flight based on this, unfortunately I missed my flight due to this issue.
At what number did you call that told you the bus crossed the border? Please send the transcript of calls with hours, to our email manage@infobus.eu

First part of the journey was ok, no problems. Second part was unacceptable. Second bus driver ( on Ukrainian side in Ternopil ) refused to complete the journey as per itinerary. Myself and two other passengers had to come out from the bus and go to the train station in Ternopil in order to get to the final destination. Absolute nightmare, would not recommend this carrier
