He never picked me up, yet claimed he was there. I was there an hour earlier yet he didn't come, ended up missing my flight and talking another bus, a day later. Just your garden variety corruption I guess. Never using this platform ever again.
First part of the journey was ok, no problems. Second part was unacceptable. Second bus driver ( on Ukrainian side in Ternopil ) refused to complete the journey as per itinerary. Myself and two other passengers had to come out from the bus and go to the train station in Ternopil in order to get to the final destination. Absolute nightmare, would not recommend this carrier
Bus driver was very unfriendly, did not take out the suitcase in Ternopil, no information during the journey
The worth trip in my life.
First of all the bus was late by 2 hours initially. Second of all the bus is not made for human beings. No space to seat at all, no charges, no toilet. All people being without the masks during COVID-19, the drivers as all, why didn’t ask people to put in the masks.
Before the boarder, the bus broke and was going really slow for 40 mix eprox. to the border, after the border we changed the bus. They took us to Ternopil and we had to change the bussed depending where we are going. On the ticket I had to arrive to Zhytomyr at 10:40, however I arrived at 15:00, as they took us around Poland and Ukraine to pick up and drop off everyone!!!
The carrier has changed the route.I paid PLN 155 from Bielsko, the cost of the ticket from Katowice to which I had to engage my friends to take me - about 100 km - was PLN 115.
When will I get the difference back?

Did you call when there was no bus at the contacts indicated on the ticket?
Yes I did he did not pick up, I then asked for a different number as well from the information desk, even ready to take a cab to come meet him at the border control, the receptionist said he had left the border control. Believe I did all I could, came in time and called, as I had planned my flight based on this, unfortunately I missed my flight due to this issue.
