Co driver had an ass attitude as well.
At least there was space in the bus, but with this service, I only can imagine why.
I suggest to contact their Cc and ask where they are and get yourself some drinks and food and wait patiently.

Hi, how can I rate a bus, which was two hours late and didn’t pick me up? I tried to contact LIKEBUS, but they didn’t answer. I even bought a ticket from them, but only received an email saying that I had paid, but never got a ticket. Than I bought a ticket from INFOBUS, which was smooth and professional, but if the driver just drive away without looking for passengers, then I can only call them UNLIKEBUS.

Călătoria mea de la Burgas la Constanța a fost super okay, chiar dacă am plecat cu ceva întârziere, am recuperat pe drum și am ajuns la destinație exact la ora indicată, 19.30.
Autocarul a fost destul de confortabil iar șoferii receptivi la solicitările clienților, per total un raport bun calitate - preț.
