Animals weighing up to 10 kg may be carried in the passenger’s arms provided they are in a carrier, whilst for animals weighing over 10 kg, three tickets must be purchased at a 30 per cent discount, in which case the passenger assumes full responsibility for ensuring all mandatory documents are in order: a veterinary passport, a microchip, proof of full vaccination and a certificate confirming a rabies antibody test. A folded pushchair may be carried free of charge. Transporting a bicycle requires prior approval from the carrier, and the bicycle must be folded, with the pedals removed and the handlebars turned to the side; the cost of the service is 20 EUR for a children’s bicycle and 40 EUR for an adult’s. The carriage of bulky luggage requires prior approval from the carrier, and the cost is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific dimensions.

When a ticket is paid for in full, the price includes 1 piece of hold luggage (80 x 40 x 40 cm, up to 30 kg) and 1 piece of hand luggage (42 x 30 x 18 cm, up to 7 kg), whilst children are entitled to a reduced free baggage allowance: up to 15 kg for children under 12 and up to 10 kg for those under 6; any excess weight or additional baggage is charged at a rate of 2 EUR per kg.
