Passengers feedbacks about the carriers

I was supposed to travel on a bus from Polotsk to Daugavpils on the night of June 10th-11th. It was an absolutely terrible trip. The bus was delayed for over five hours, and I and other passengers were forced to wait outside in the cold from 11:35 p.m. to 5 a.m. After the trip, I fell ill and caught a cold. I received no apologies or compensation for such a terrible trip.

I am formally demanding a full refund. Our journey included 7 smoke breaks for driver for no reason, an emergency stop due to no fuel (he forgot), and a driver who abandoned passengers without explanation for 30 minutes and left in closed car we could not open from inside. Main window was almost broken and dangerous for passengers. This is a serious failure of basic service. I expect an immediate resolution.
