The bus, timings and seats were great!

But the driver was too loud. The music was playing loudly at night and he was talking to someone on the phone on speaker.

Driver was impatient and wanted to drive off after telling me I only got 1 luggage in the compartment. I told him I have 2 when I have it to him. Turns out he placed it in another compartment and I had to find it myself while he grumbled and kept insisting I have 1 luggage. What a doof. Unlike this bus pls

The trip was no issue, on time, immigration was very easy without having to leave the bus, I just thought the price was a little expensive, but the service was good.

2 scaune au fost defecte in spatele busului, imposibil sa te lasi pe ele ca sa dormi, atat te simteai tu incomod cat si pasagerul din spate, fiindca ii furai spatiul + au scos reducerea de student pentru cursa data…

Calataoresc destul de des dinspre Romania spre Republica Moldova si viceversa, si, dintre toate companiile cu care am calatorit, Gal este de departe cea mai buna optiune. Autocarele sunt confortabile si curate, staff-ul este unul profesionist iar drumul, chiar daca este unul lung, pare mult mai lesne de suportat datorita tuturor celor mai sus mentionate. Cu siguranta recomand Gal si la fel de sigur este prima mea optiune cand vine vorba de calatorit. Va multumesc pentru serviciile oferite!

Șoferul este un profesionist care își cunoaște afacerea.

Autocar confortabil, Wi-Fi graris. Șofer amabil și profesionist. Conduce atent și liniștit.
